I've been in Sydney for 5 months - is there a decent pub (please, not the Irish bar on Goulburn Street makes Zanibar in Leicester look safe (if you don't know what I'm on about check the Leicester Mercury web site)) and anywhere to get a decent curry?
I've got a family season ticket for Sydney FC but for the first few games my family will still be in Hong Kong. Any good pubs that I can enjoy a few pre and post game ales in?
Any thoughts for decent pubs pre the France and All Blacks tests at the ANZ Statdium?
Last night was a Friday and it was worse than when I was living in Mallaig. Come on, there must be somewhere interesting in Sydney where I can go without upsetting my wife!

Geez thats a bit harsh Keith. He only asked where he could have a decent beer and curry. Hope he never goes to Wanganui, he'll be slitting his own throat by lunch time.
